SoldA rare and superb bronze Art Deco sculpture by Pierre Le Faguays circa 1930. It represents a woman looking at herself in a mirror. Nice green and brown patina for the woman, gilded bronze psyche, original beveled mirror. Partially ennamelled.It stands on a double marble plinth, Turquin blue and Portor. Portor marble with a gilded bronze plaque depicting two lions drinking water. Incised signature Le Faguays on the Turquin blue marble. Ancient cast. H : 15.3" L : 15.3" W : 6.2" A very rare sculpture, hard to find. Very good original condition.
