Payment

We accept Paypal* payment, bank transfer and french check.

* PayPal is an online payment method, safe and easy to use. This payment method requires a PayPal account and a valid credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and using a valid credit card.

** If you choose solution of payment by bank transfer, we will communicate the account to you to credit during our initial contact.

Insurance

All our packages are insured at the real value of their contents. This insurance covers loss or damage if receiving a damaged parcel.

If a package arrives damaged, check it in the presence of the carrier.

If it is open or very damaged you can unpack the package and describe precisely the nature of the damage and thus sign the voucher with the mention “refused for deterioration” when the product is actually damaged.

This verification phase is essential to obtain a reimbursement by the carrier

Shipping cost

Prices shown on our website are excluding shipping costs
The amount varies according to the weight and the destination of the parcel

As a guide, the average is between 100 € and 200 € for a posting parcel of 20 kg according to his destination.
